Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how BUKSAETONG handles information in connection with Guild's Requiem, a premium PC game developed and supported by HAGOPA Studio, BUKSAETONG's game studio branch, and distributed through Steam. The game does not display advertising, does not use a third-party analytics SDK, and does not ask for your name, phone number, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or location. We aim to collect only the information needed to operate and support the game.
Information We Process
- Gameplay progress, statistics, and settings stored locally on your device.
- Save data and achievement progress that you choose to sync through Steam Cloud and Steam's achievement system. This data is processed by Valve as part of the Steam platform.
- Basic platform information provided by Steam (such as your Steam ID, ownership, and the game language setting) that is needed for the game to run and to award achievements.
- Support messages you send to us, including your email address and the content of your request.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not show ads or use an advertising identifier.
- We do not use a separate analytics or tracking SDK.
- We do not collect payment card details. Purchases are handled entirely by Steam.
- We do not sell your personal information.
How We Use Information
- To provide game features, save your progress, and award achievements.

Third-Party Services
Guild's Requiem is distributed and operated on the Steam platform. Steam (Valve Corporation) processes purchases, cloud saves, achievements, and related platform data under its own privacy policy.

Children
Guild's Requiem is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and respond.
Data Retention
Local game data remains on your device unless you delete it or use an in-game reset option. Data held by Steam is retained according to Valve's policies. Support emails are retained only as long as needed to handle the request and maintain records.
Your Choices
- You can delete local game data from your device, or manage Steam Cloud data through your Steam client.
- You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information you provided to support.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy when the game or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated when we publish a new version.
