Privacy Policy

Overview

Torchline is a premium PC game developed and supported by HAGOPA Studio, BUKSAETONG's game studio branch, and distributed through Steam. The game does not display advertising, does not offer in-app purchases, does not use a third-party analytics SDK, and does not ask for your name, phone number, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or location. We aim to collect only the information needed to operate and support the game.

Information We Process

• Gameplay progress, achievement records, and settings stored locally on your device.
• Save data and achievement progress that you choose to sync through Steam Cloud and Steam's achievement system. This data is processed by Valve as part of the Steam platform.
• Basic platform information provided by Steam (such as your Steam ID, ownership, and the game language setting) that is needed for the game to run and to award achievements.
• Support messages you send to us, including your email address and the content of your request.

What We Do Not Do

• We do not show ads or use an advertising identifier.
• We do not use a separate analytics or tracking SDK.
• We do not require an account with us, and the game does not need a network connection to play.
• We do not collect payment card details. The purchase is handled entirely by Steam.
• We do not sell your personal information.

Third-Party Services

Torchline is distributed and operated on the Steam platform. Steam (Valve Corporation) processes purchases, cloud saves, achievements, and related platform data under its own privacy policy: store.steampowered.com/privacy_agreement.

Children

Torchline is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

Data Retention and Your Choices

• Local game data stays on your device until you delete it.
• Steam Cloud data can be managed through your Steam client and is retained according to Valve's policies.
• Support emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your request. You can ask us to delete them.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy when the game or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated when we publish a new version.

처리하는 정보

• 기기에 저장되는 게임 진행 상황, 업적 기록, 설정.
• 스팀 클라우드와 스팀 업적으로 동기화되는 저장 데이터와 업적 진행 — Valve 가 스팀 플랫폼의 일부로 처리합니다.
• 게임 실행과 업적 지급에 필요한 스팀 기본 정보(스팀 ID, 보유 여부, 게임 언어 설정 등).
• 고객 문의 시 보내신 이메일 주소와 문의 내용.

하지 않는 것

• 광고를 표시하거나 광고 식별자를 쓰지 않습니다.
• 별도의 분석 · 추적 SDK 를 쓰지 않습니다.
• 회원 가입이 필요 없고, 플레이에 네트워크 연결이 필요하지 않습니다.
• 결제 카드 정보를 받지 않습니다. 구매는 스팀이 처리합니다.
• 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다.

아동

Torchline 은 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 13세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다. 아동이 개인정보를 보냈다고 생각되면 연락해 주세요. 삭제하겠습니다.

보관 기간과 선택

• 게임 정보는 지울 때까지 기기에 남습니다.
• 스팀 클라우드 정보는 스팀 클라이언트에서 관리할 수 있고, Valve 의 방침에 따라 보관됩니다.
• 문의 이메일은 처리에 필요한 기간만 보관하며, 삭제를 요청하실 수 있습니다.

변경
