Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how BUKSAETONG handles information in connection with Star Swarm Idle, a mobile game developed and supported by HAGOPA Studio, BUKSAETONG's game studio branch. The game does not ask for your name, phone number, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or precise location. We aim to collect only the information needed to operate, protect, and improve the app.

Information We Process

• Gameplay progress and settings stored on your device.
• Device, diagnostics, crash, and usage information provided by platform services.
• Advertising information processed by Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK): a device advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS / Advertising ID on Android), IP address, device and OS information, and ad-interaction data. On iOS, tracking for advertising is used only if you allow it through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt.
• Purchase information processed by RevenueCat and the app store: purchase receipts, an anonymous app-user identifier used to grant and restore purchases, and basic device/platform information. We do not receive your full payment card details.
• Support messages you send to us, including your email address and the content of your request.

How We Use Information

• To provide game features and maintain app stability.
• To display advertising and measure its performance.
• To process, deliver, and restore in-app purchases and entitlements (such as ad removal).
• To respond to support requests.
• To prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and improve the app experience.

Third-Party Services

Star Swarm Idle uses the following service providers, which process information under their own privacy policies. The game does not use a separate analytics SDK.

• Google AdMob (advertising): policies.google.com/privacy
• RevenueCat (purchase management): revenuecat.com/privacy
• Apple App Store and Google Play handle payment processing under their own policies.

Children

Star Swarm Idle is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and respond.

Data Retention

Local gameplay data remains on your device unless you delete the app data or use an in-app reset option. Data held by the third-party services above is retained according to their respective policies. Support emails are retained only as long as needed to handle the request and maintain records.

Your Choices

• You can delete local app data from your device settings or with the in-app reset option.
• On iOS, control ad tracking through the App Tracking Transparency prompt and in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android, reset or delete your Advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization in your device settings.
• Purchasing the "Remove Ads" item stops ads from being shown in the game.
• You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information you provided to support.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated when we publish a new version.
